Our return policy:

You may return Babycomp / Ladycomp within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, if it is in unused condition and packed in the original packaging including any accessories and manuals shipped with the product

Our guarantee:

We guarantee the customer that Ladycomp and Babycomp stay free of material or manufacturing faults or defects during the guarantee period.
The guarantee starts on the date of purchase of Ladycomp and Babycomp by the consumer. The warranty for Ladycomp lasts 2 years, for Babycomp 3 years!
During the warranty period we guarantee the repair, exchange or refund of faulty products at our discretion. We are not liable for other claims such as loss, consequential damage or follow up damage. We do not guarantee consumption parts such as sensor, transformer or battery pack.
Guarantee claims are only valid if the user gives immediate written indication of the fault, at the latest 2 weeks after discovery, including the filled out guarantee form, the invoice and the Ladycomp / Babycomp. The device may no longer be used after the discovery of a fault but must be sent to us carriage paid and insured.
We do not guarantee for improper use, opening of the device or breaking of the warranty seal also not for external force or damage.
A guarantee card is included with each Ladycomp and Babycomp
